Dr Mark Page

Dr Mark Page got his BSc (Hons) in Zoology and PhD in Comparative Immunology from the University of Wales at Swansea in 1979 and 1983 respectively.

After his PhD,  Mark went to St George’s Hospital Medical School as a post-doctoral research fellow in the Department of Anatomy and 2 years later moved to University College London to continue as a post-doctoral research fellow. 

He then took up a position at NIBSC, the pharmaceutical industry and then back to NIBSC with a focus on viral vaccines research and development.
